1 Minute to Save the World competition

Coached a team of 3 children to make an animated story about environmental issues. Although I wrote the story, the characters were drawn and animation was created by children.

I coached the team of children to design a website about children’s rights and responsibilities. The team won the second place in Digital Media/Under 12 category. I was very fortunate to travel to San Francisco with  6 lovely kids and their parents to collect our award.

BIG APPLE Contest Winner, June 2011

Global Partners Junior program 

In June 2011, after a year of exciting activities, I was invited to New York for a wonderful week. During my stay I had the opportunity to meet amazing teachers from around the world, visit fantastic schools and even have a barbecue party at the Mayor’s house by the Hudson River.

Make IT Happy, 

Wilbury Primary School won Make IT Happy 2012 London Region and became third in the whole UK. I coached team of children who designed a website to show how technology can be used to keep healthy. Wilbury not only won the London regional prize, but we also came third in the country overall, scooping £2,700 for the school. As regional winners for London we were invited to an awards ceremony in Parliament, including a parliamentary tour and day out in London.
